Growth of Doppio’s Managed Services
Over the last few years, Doppio’s Managed Services have seen significant growth. Matthew shared that when he started just 3 years ago we were serving 10 clients. Today the team supports 40 clients, with a consistent growth rate of 30% year-over-year.
Managed Services have become a crucial part of Doppio. The expansion has been fueled by clients who often transition to Doppio after their initial implementation, recognizing Doppio as a trusted partner that functions as an extension of their IT teams.

Matthew emphasized that Doppio’s Application Managed Services support is comprehensive, covering everything from technical to functional areas and including both on-premises and CloudSuite versions of Infor M3. Initially centered around EDI support and enablement, Doppio’s services now extend across supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, order management, and finance. Clients benefit from not just one consultant but the full breadth of expertise at Doppio, from solution architects to senior consultants, ensuring a seamless and holistic approach to problem-solving.

With a team of Infor veterans we’re able to support complex, customized legacy on-premises systems to the latest CloudSuite implementations.
Continuous Support: 24×5 and Beyond
Doppio’s Application Managed Services offers 24×5 support, with additional weekend monitoring to ensure prompt responses to critical issues. For planned events like go-lives, dedicated resources are available to ensure a smooth transition.
