Functional Overview 

Doppio – a leader in cloud integrations and managed services for Infor customers – is seeking an experienced sales director to lead new client acquisition, direct account management and influence marketing objectives. 

We are seeking a relationship sales executive with a technical edge. The mission for this individual is twofold:  closing new logos that convert to managed services agreements while also serving as a client partner to expand existing client relationships throughout their journey with Doppio.

A day in the life of a Doppio Sales Leader 

This is a highly visible position within the organization and overall marketplace. You will work closely with internal and external leadership teams to express the vision and value of Doppio’s service and solution offerings. 

  • Define and lead go-to-market strategy for projects and support opportunities; ensuring the seamless handoff from sales to the delivery team 
  • Be a customer-centric leader, comfortable in a demanding role at a growth company using your ability to build consensus with multiple clients quickly 
  • Scale the business development function of the firm by championing repeatable processes which result in stronger customer satisfaction (NPS) as well as customer lifetime value.

Functional Overview

Doppio – a leader in cloud integrations and systems implementation for Infor customers- is seeking a senior project manager to provide project and client leadership across our portfolio of professional services engagements. 

As an ERP Project Manager, you will provide day to day leadership, resource oversight and directly influence the quality of solution delivery. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, the ERP Project Manager oversees all facets (scope/budget, resources, schedule, quality, risks) for Doppio consulting engagements 
  • Provide strategic project direction and resource management, lead and execute while measuring and reporting on progress  
  • Collaborate with the entire delivery team to implement solutions and lead projects through go-live and transition seamlessly to support mode

  • Facilitate weekly team meetings to review the projects pipeline – disseminating regular stakeholder updates as a follow up
  • Continually refine, implement, and improve delivery methodologies resulting in a positive customer experience 
  • Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines, etc.
  • Report status and variances – creates action plans to meet objectives and inform all stakeholders regularly 
  • Define and facilitate communication of policies, procedures and initiatives to ensure consistency across customers and projects
  • Propagate shared knowledge within the organization, engage the right resources in issue identification and swift resolution.
  • This position is expected to be fully engaged with customers and consulting team members – this is not a back-office role, thus a sense of urgency and a bias for action is key

What you will need: Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in management/technology consulting, software engineering, or IT services with a focused on ERP and supply chain technology 
  • Exposure to working in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives
  • Practical experience implementing technology solutions to automate business processes
  • Razor sharp analytical skills and attention to detail with extensive experience working in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint as well as Google Sheets and Slides 
  • Demonstrable empathy and team player characteristic to create sense of trust
  • Willingness to mentor junior consulting staff  

What can help boost your application: Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading and motivating large teams, establishing direction by generating and articulating a clear vision 
  • Working knowledge of one or more target industries, such as process manufacturing
  • Successful project management track record for full life cycle (small and large) software implementation projects using a structured approach/methodology

 

Note: We are ideally seeking a candidate who possesses technical or systems implementation/ integration expertise, having handled many concurrent work streams and dependencies. Proven experience with Infor projects as well as PMI Certification given extra consideration.

Functional Overview

The M3 Finance Consultant (MFC) will have responsibility for helping customers successfully implement the M3 module referred to as Financial Management. This includes but not limited to, application configuration as well as testing, and training of the configured system.  The MFC will also be responsible for helping the customer build data migration maps and testing scripts to ensure the M3 configuration supports the customer’s business requirements.

  • Demonstrate to clients a deep understanding of the M3 financial modules in conjunction with integrated solutions on offer. 
  • Develop Data Migration Templates using data migration tools and M3 API(s).
  • Develop end to end Financial Process Flow Documentation as well as Process Flow diagrams.
  • Develop and maintain a Configuration Book of all M3 Financial configuration settings.
  • Assist the customer’s Process Owner with the development of M3 Finance Testing Scripts to valid all Financial business requirement in accordance with the customer’s M3 end to end solution.
  • Train the customer’s Process Owner and End User to operate the M3 Finance configuration by each functional role.

  • Strong understanding of order entry and manufacturing business processes 
  • Relevant exposure to manufacturing and distribution industry verticals 
  • Experience with working on teams of all sizes, locally and remotely
  • Excellent communication skills
