For our clients, Doppio is responsible for configuring the applications inside the multi-tenant environment, and installing the limited on-prem footprint including the Enterprise Connector (EC) and Cloud File Transfers (CFT) servers.”

We define the roles, create the users, assign roles to the users, and set up the integrations between the applications to synchronize security updates.”

Every month, we audit their tenants and when we discover potential issues with an Infor Release we plan to resolve before it becomes an issue for our Customers.”

Doppio has developed a standardized process for assessing and preparing clients for Disruptive Changes during bi-annual CloudSuite releases. Umesh adds, “We have a standard process setup for environment feature reviews before the code drop. We are making sure that our customers’ work will not be disrupted because of the code drop and new feature activations.”
5. Post-Provisioning Services

Umesh elaborates: “When Infor provisions a standard tenant for a customer, there are several configurations missed because Infor provisions standard setups, but not customer-specific configurations. This gap makes customers unable to use their tenant effectively. We start from the integration activity, then move to security administration. We set up some basic admin users first, and based on the customer demand, some business users. We work on the data, set up Data Lake integrations for reporting and Analytics, design roles, set up standard integrations, and activate the APIs for multiple applications.”
6. Customization and Optimization

Umesh highlights: “To make the tenant usable for a customer, there are certain areas that we need to set up and configure perfectly. This includes H5 user interface applications, views, personalizations, and automating some processes inside the application.
